How does the service work?
Using HIPAA compliant software, our team can manage everything virtually through remote access. You just need a computer, internet and a scanner. While we have experience with all major dental software systems, if you have a software we are not unfamiliar with, we will get you up and running at no charge.
Your office will be in-charge of getting us the necessary information and we will take care of the rest!
Do you work with all dental specialties?
Yes! We work with all types of dental specialties, from general dentists to prosthodontists and everyone in between.
Do I have to sign a contract?
There is no monthly minimum and we won't lock you in with a contract. Your needs may change and we get that, we just ask that you give us 30 days notice that you want to part ways.
How do I know the work is being done?
At ODB we pride ourselves on the work that we do. Our leadership team does a monthly audit to ensure that our work is being done with accuracy and in the timeframe we commit to.
